Equipment specially designed for cooking on charcoal is available to prepare fresh fish brought back from the market (the "Mercado municipal" of Lagoa is rich in fresh produce from the morning's catch), meats from the many butchers (the Portuguese "porco pretto" is a very popular specialty) or fresh vegetables from local market gardeners ("Convent'bio in Lagoa).

2'500 m2 of land beautifully planted with around fifty local trees and shrubs. The scents of lemons, oranges, tangerines are irresistible. Stroll through the orchard and pick the ripe fruit directly from the trees at your leisure. There's nothing like a fresh fruit juice in the morning when you wake up. We do not treat our trees chemically. We do not water them. Nature is magical and these local species adapt very well to summer droughts by counting on the rains and relative humidity of winter.

In 2025, an olive grove below the land was also planted between the old vines for the production of olive oil. The sandy soil is suitable for this type of cultivation.

Tip: the roof terrace is ideal for aperitifs at sunset, when the sky turns red. A magical moment guaranteed!
